Lindt Dubai Style Chocolate review

Okay, chocolate lovers, let's talk about the highly anticipated Lindt Dubai Chocolate! Now, I haven't had the pleasure of trying the original from Dubai myself, so this review is purely based on my recent online order here in Australia.

Lindt Dubai Style Chocolate Pistachio & Kadayif. A visual treat! 💚

First things first, can we just appreciate the aesthetics? My flatlay for these bars? 🔥💚😆 Seriously, the packaging is sleek, and the colours are divine. It made for some seriously gorgeous shots!

Limited Edition Lindt Dubai Pistachio & Kadayif! 💚 Snagged these beauties online, and they definitely made for a stunning flatlay. Worth the hype?LMK

However, the taste of the Lindt Pistachio Dubai bar left me a little…confused. While I appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet (hello, happy throat!), the promised pistachio and Kunafa flavours were surprisingly subtle, almost…missing? 🤔 For the $20 AUD price tag – a significant jump from regular Lindt – I honestly expected a more pronounced and authentic taste experience. The thinness of the bar, consistent with standard Lindt offerings, felt particularly underwhelming given the "Limited Edition" hype and price point. It just didn't feel like it justified the premium.

On the downside: It's a shame these aren't readily available in stores like Woolies or Coles, adding to the exclusivity (and the need for online ordering). Speaking of which, my online order experience wasn't perfect either – I ordered 5 bars and only received 4. I've reached out to their customer service and am hoping for a swift resolution.

On the bright side: You can't really argue with the quality of Lindt chocolate itself. It's undeniably smooth and creamy.

Overall: I'm giving the Lindt Dubai Chocolate a 7/10. The lack of intense flavour and the price point didn't quite live up to the hype, despite the initial visual appeal and the fact it didn't trigger my sensitivity to overly sweet treats.

Tried the Lindt Dubai Chocolate yourself? What were your thoughts? Did you get more pistachio and Kunafa than I did? Share your experience in the comments below! 👇
